How Donut SMP's Economy Works

Donut SMP runs on player shops and /ah (auction house). There is no NPC vendor meta — prices are set by supply and demand. Spawn and high-traffic warp routes are prime real estate for passive shop income.

First 10K Coins Walkthrough

Your first goal is starter capital without dying to PvP or getting scammed.

   Use /claim or build in a protected zone. Set /sethome once your base is hidden. Never log out with valuables in open chests.

   Farm starter crops

   Wheat, carrots, and pumpkins sell fast on /ah. Check /ah search wheat before listing — undercut the lowest price by 1–2% for quick sales.

   List in bulk

   Full stacks sell faster than singles. Price slightly below competition during peak hours (evenings US/EU).

   Reinvest into automation

   At 10K, expand your farm or start a fishing setup. Manual farming does not scale — automation frees time for AH flipping.

Auction House Flipping

AH flipping is the highest-skill income on Donut SMP. You buy undervalued items and relist at market rate.

   Snipe during off-peak

   Late-night listings often miss the market — players dump items cheap. Buy and relist during peak for 20–50% margins on good snipes.

   Keep liquid reserves

   Never spend 100% of your balance. Keep 10–20% for unexpected deals. The best flips require instant capital.

Running a Spawn Shop

At 50K+ coins, consider a shop plot near spawn or a popular warp. Clear signage, fair prices, and stock consistency build repeat customers.

Automate supply with hopper chains from farms. Separate shop chests from personal storage. Update prices weekly based on /ah trends.

Safe Trading

Use /ah for all trades over 10K value. Direct trades are scam-prone — never drop items first. Use staff-approved middlemen for large deals only.
