How the Bazaar Works

The Bazaar is Skyblock's instant buy/sell market for bulk materials. Every item has a buy order price (what sellers receive) and a sell offer price (what buyers pay). The gap between them is the spread — your profit margin when flipping.

Unlike the Auction House, Bazaar trades execute instantly at listed prices. Volume matters more than single-item snipes.

Your First Flip (Step by Step)

Start with 50K–100K coins and low-volatility items. Avoid enchanted blocks and event items until you understand price swings.

   Open Bazaar and pick a material

   Try wheat, carrots, cobblestone, or oak logs — high volume, tight spreads, hard to lose everything on one bad trade.

   Check the spread

   Note instant-buy vs instant-sell prices. If spread is under 2–3%, skip it. Look for 5%+ after tax (Bazaar takes a small fee on sells).

   Buy at sell offer, relist at buy order

   Instant-buy a stack, then create a sell offer one step below the current lowest sell offer. When someone buys, you capture the spread.

   Reinvest profits

   Do not withdraw to your purse for cosmetics. Compound capital — 100K → 200K → 500K unlocks higher-margin items with bigger absolute profit per flip.

Finding Flip Opportunities

Use Bazaar APIs and third-party trackers (Bazaar flipper mods are against Hypixel rules — use website trackers instead). Watch for:

Patch-day price crashes on over-farmed items, farming contest winners dumping crops, and new recipe demand spikes for collection materials.

Flip during peak hours (US/EU evenings) when volume clears orders faster.

Risk Management

Never put your entire purse into one item. Split capital across 3–5 materials. If an item's spread collapses, rotate to another.

Avoid flipping during active events unless you know the meta — pumpkin and mushroom prices swing wildly during farming contests.

Scaling to Mid-Game Flips

At 1M+ coins, move to enchanted blocks, slime balls, and crafting ingredients with wider spreads. Pair flipping with minion income so you always have backup capital.

Advanced players combine Bazaar flips with crafting — buy raw materials, craft enchanted variants, sell on AH for higher margins than raw Bazaar spreads.
