Joining Factions Blueprint

Connect to factionsblueprint.com in Minecraft Java. Factions Blueprint is a classic Factions server emphasizing raiding, cannoning, and competitive territory control.

Create a faction with /f create <name> or join an existing one. Blueprint focuses on the traditional Factions experience without excessive custom enchants.

Faction Basics

Claim land with /f claim — each chunk costs power. Faction power = members × power per player. Lose power on member deaths; gain it over time while online.

When faction power drops below claimed land, enemies can raid your territory. Never claim more than your power supports.

Base Design

Blueprint bases follow classic Factions design: box within box, water buffers, and obsidian shells. Anti-cannon techniques include layer stacking and trench defenses.

Build at Y=10–20 underground for cannon protection. Use multiple boxes so breaching one layer doesn't expose your valuables.

Cannoning Meta

Factions Blueprint uses standard TNT cannon mechanics. Learn stack cannons (vertical TNT stacks), breech cannons (horizontal breach), and hybrid designs.

Practice in creative or the Blueprint cannon testing world. Cannon speed and accuracy determine raid success — invest time in learning redstone TNT physics.

Raiding Strategy

Scout enemy bases before raiding — look for claim patterns, player activity times, and DTR status. Raid when enemy faction is offline or low on DTR.

Coordinate roles: cannon builders, TNT suppliers, PvP fighters, and loot collectors. Bring pearls, gaps, and backup sets.

Economy and Gear

Farm spawners for XP and mob drops. Brew potions in bulk — Speed II, Strength II, Fire Resistance, and Instant Health are raid essentials.

Villager trading for god gear. The Blueprint economy is player-driven with spawner costs and potion ingredients as primary trade goods.

KOTH and Events

King of the Hill events spawn contested capture points with premium loot: spawners, creeper eggs, and rare items. Control KOTH with faction numbers and PvP skill.

Check /koth schedule for event times. Bring full pot sets and coordinate with allied factions for KOTH dominance.

DTR and Power Management

DTR (Deaths Till Raidable) determines when enemies can claim your land. Each death lowers DTR; regeneration happens over time while members are online.

Never raid or fight when DTR is low. Schedule mining and building during safe DTR windows. Recruit members to increase total power capacity.

Allies and Coalition Raids

Allied factions combine cannon crews and PvP numbers for large raids. Coordinate ally timing — simultaneous breaches from multiple angles overwhelm defenders.

Share KOTH rewards and raid loot per pre-agreed splits. Betraying allies damages reputation across the server.

Counter-Raiding Defense

When your faction is being raided: repair cannon holes faster than they fire, flank the cannon crew, and call allies for backup.

Pre-build repair kits (obsidian, water buckets, blocks) near your vault. Defenders who log in within 60 seconds of breach alarm save bases.

Blueprint Tips

Join a faction before going solo — Blueprint is too competitive for lone players. Learn cannoning in your first week.
