Prison Basics

Connect to purpleprison.net and you'll start at the lowest rank (Rank A). Mine blocks in your designated mine, sell ores at the shop, and save money to rank up to the next tier.

Purple Prison is an OP (overpowered) prison server — expect enchantments that break thousands of blocks per second and mines packed with valuable ores. Progression is fast but competition for top ranks is intense.

Ranking Up Efficiently

Each rank unlocks a new mine with better ores and higher sell prices. The cost to rank up increases exponentially — budget your money and don't overspend on enchants before you can afford the next rank.

Use /rankup when you have enough money. Some ranks require completing quests or achieving mining milestones. Check /rankup preview to see exact costs and rewards.

Custom Pickaxe Enchants

Purple Prison features dozens of custom enchants: Explosive (breaks surrounding blocks), Jackhammer (mines entire layers), Token Finder (bonus currency), Lucky (multiplied drops), and more.

Prioritize Token Finder and Jackhammer early for money per hour. Add Explosive once you can afford higher enchant levels. Balance enchant spending with rank-up savings.

Prestige and Rebirth

After reaching the final rank, prestige to reset your rank while keeping enchants, perks, and gaining permanent multipliers. Each prestige tier increases your earning potential dramatically.

Plan your first prestige around having maxed core enchants. Top players have 10+ prestiges with exclusive mine access and gang perks.

Gangs and Team Play

Join or create a gang for shared perks: gang mines, gang chat, PvP backup, and gang top leaderboards. Top gangs on Purple Prison control competitive advantages and KOTH events.

Contribute daily to gang upgrades. Gang leaders distribute roles and organize KOTH (King of the Hill) participation for rare loot and tokens.

PvP Zones and Events

Purple Prison has designated PvP zones where you can fight other players for loot and bragging rights. KOTH events spawn contested capture points with premium rewards.

Store valuables in your cell or personal vault before entering PvP. Death in PvP zones may drop items depending on current server settings.

Tokens and Secondary Economy

Tokens are Purple Prison's premium currency earned through mining enchants, events, and daily rewards. Spend tokens on exclusive enchants, pets, and crate keys.

The player auction house (/ah) lets you buy and sell enchanted pickaxes, rank skips, and rare items. Check prices before listing — the economy fluctuates with updates.

Money-Making Tips

Vote daily on server list sites for bonus tokens and crate keys. Complete battle pass challenges for extra rewards. AFK mining with auto-sell pickaxes generates passive income.

Join the Purple Prison Discord for wipe announcements, enchant balance changes, and gang recruitment. Time your play during bonus multiplier events for maximum efficiency.
